Return Policy Overview Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Item Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and tags.

Return Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case we will cover the return costs.

How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Start your return request by emailing info@glowreve.com or using our Contact Form, including your order number and reason for return. All returns must be pre-approved via email before shipping. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Receive Return Instructions: We will send you return authorization details along with step-by-step instructions.

Pack Your Item Securely: Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and documents.

Shipping Label: Kindly print and attach the label with the address details we provide.
Send It Back: Drop off the package at the designated courier location as per our instructions.

Return & Refund Conditions
Change of Mind: If you decide to return an item within 30 days, it must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Defective or Faulty Items: If your product has a defect, contact us immediately for assistance. We will cover return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or a full refund.

Damaged in Transit: If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. After review, we will either replace the item or process a full refund.

Incorrect Item Received: If you receive the wrong product, let us know and we will arrange a free return and replacement or refund.

Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, reach out to us. We will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund if necessary.

Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it ships. If the order has already been dispatched, you must follow the return process once it arrives.

Wrong Address & Uncollected Packages: Wrong Address: If an incorrect shipping address is provided at checkout, we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.

No Changes After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes to the shipping details.

Uncollected Packages: If a package is not collected and is returned to us, customers will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
Refund Processing

Return Window: Returns must be initiated and shipped within 30 days of receiving the order.

Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 7 days and notify you via email.

Refund Approval Conditions: Refunds are only granted if the item is unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.

Refund to Original Payment Method: Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within up to 7 business days.

Bank Processing Times: Some banks and payment providers may take longer to reflect the refund in your account.

No Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee on returns.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
